Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Perishable goods or custom orders are not eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return?
Email our support team at smartbudscoffeeshop@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the return. Wait for authorization before shipping the item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
For damaged or incorrect items, email smartbudscoffeeshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be applied to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
Non-refundable items include sale or clearance products, perishable goods, and items without proof of purchase.

Order Cancellations
